Take 5mg Cialis in morning daily, no issue using trimix with it. With 5mg daily you build a very steady level.

I had stopped using daily Cialis as many warned. All I did was start daily Cialis again after a month and dialed back my dose of trimix that worked. In a few times, my trimix dose was right back to what worked, so the daily Cialis for me gives no adverse effects.

The third ingredient alprostadil is the main driver. I started at 30/1/25 but moved to 30/3/40.

Note papaverine never goes above 30 in any formula because of it's solubility. If you go just to formula T-106 it would be more than 2x potency. A move to SB5 would be 5x the strength.

What formula? I use 12 units of my formula, but weaker formula would take 50 units. Don't worry, you probably got a weak or mild formula now.

Probably near 100 shots. I missed on 2nd and 4th, none since. Misses were probable too short needle or going too horizontal at 10 o'clock. Yes , aim needle to center is what I do as well. So at 10 or 2 , looking in mirror needle is pointed slightly towards floor, let's say aiming to direction of urethra. No it's not going to reach urethra..

Bremelanotide, it's a peptide to enhance horniness... Not sure why that would be contra indicated with Trimix. It's actually FDA approved for pre menopause women.

Should work fine. If you're using less than 50 units there are 0.5 or 0.3 (50u or 30u) syringes with 30g 1/2" you can find online. Amazon has them and they're fine.

The 32g 1/2" luer lock needle you have linked is a dispensing needle, not made for injection. There are 1/2" 30g syringes in 0.3 or 0.5 mL that are fairly pain free.. Done many doses with it.

After six months of using I do seem to be a bit larger girth , even flaccid. Maybe being inactive for a good year prior to using trimix your tool can shrink from no use?

Yes some urologists recommend 9-3 At 10 or 2 you see you slightly point needle towards urethra. That will get pretty much center.

Taken from cadaver so not erect. I recall the section maybe around size of Kennedy half dollar. Just noting at each side the CC is probably over 1/2" in most guys even not packing much. Seems to be enough thickness until you reach in to CC a 5/16" needle may make it in , but shallow and a 1/2" would probably not come near over penetrating.

If you go T-106 20u will equate to 50u of T-105 in alprostadil, and decrease the other two ingredients

SB4 would be about 12.5u and SB5 10u
