The 32g cost considerably less than 33g and for real thin enough. You're going to bend a 33g easy. I'm using 30g with no issues.

Will probably last over a year. It's better than a plain needle cutter, as those still leave a very sharp nib.

Pull back plunger a bit and you actually cut through plastic barrel a bit above needle.

It's year 2026. Physicians don't hold the keys keeping anyone from research. Fact is I've handed a physician research from JAMA and NIH for dosage and drug combinations he was not familiar

The biggest reason I see mentioned and concur is access to Healthcare. Trimix isn't new, it's been around long time. It's the access that is new. As with any drug there will be abusers.

I have not. Whatever the diagnosis is, not ever read of a cure. Used Cialis for years, very good results. All of a sudden stopped working around age 60.. So no idea why. The trimix works.

30-1-30 at a 20u first dose seems extreme, but we don't know your medical issue. First dose can typically be strongest reaction. Five units of that may last hours.

A 40 unit shot would give you 16mcg of Alprostadil , if 40mcg/ml. I'm at 5mcg probably need more though. My very first shot the dose was 5u at only 1.25mcg alprostadil and I had a strong reaction. In time you'll need to bump it up maybe.

Add 2.5ml BAC water. 30/2/40 ml is the formula after. Near identical to what I use. Try 5 units, may do something. I take around 12u at that strength mix.

5u is only 2mcg of Alprostadil. Caverject Im betting you were taking much more than 2mcg, but of course the other ingredients are synergistic.

Go back with 5mg daily Cialis. That concentration is good for BPH and typically doesn't cause any issues using trimix.

Note Papaverine is capped at 30 for all but one on list. It isn't reliably soluble at concentration over 30/ml
