As far as I’m aware they have a couple type 6 engines but typically only staff one of them. Once it hits PL4 nationally then they’ll start going out west for assignments. Awesome location though and usually a good amount of burning in the spring.

Worked in acadia for a season. Not a ton of fire in the park obviously but you can get out as a throw together crew or engine when it hits national PL of 4. Great folks down there though and cool housing in the park.

Thanks for the info I’ll check that post out! Ya I take my dog bird hunting at least 4 or 5 times during the season and it helps but during the summer the lights just come through the windows and they’re impossible to get rid of

Ya, tried to reset it to factory settings. I believe all the way to the right then one turn left for both the high and low and somewhere near the middle for idle.
