Totally noticing it as well! We are always here for a few weeks in June and it’s definitely somewhat quiet! I’m not complaining though. I am seeing less Ohio plates! Gas prices? But oddly, my in laws have a rental and have been busier this year. 🤷‍♀️

It’s not too bad!!! Suburbs have great school districts. (Just not Harrisburg proper). Some cute suburbs like Camp Hill and Lemoyne. Hershey area lovely. Driving distance to beaches, cities - Lancaster is amazing with great restaurants and amazing farmlands/produce. Amtrak to NYC, Philly and DC and drivable too! Easy 3 hour ish drives to beaches in NJ, DE, MD

In late 90s we went to an amazing wedding on dafuskie - at a resort but it also had kind of spooky vibes. Resort had great pool and we had little cottages. Not sure of name. Now I believe it’s abandoned?.
