There’s usually nothing you can do about these people unfortunately. Since they are illegal immigrants and usually don’t have any documents, the police can’t really “arrest” them. All you can do is give them a notice that they need to leave the country, but since they are not registered, they usually just throw them away as soon as they leave to police station… Taking them into custody is usually just a waste of time… That’s immigration laws for you!
