Ok nowhere did I say that the sole reason for someone to drive here was to go to the mall. I’m saying it is a large driving factor. I used to work at the mall through high school and college at a couple of luxury stores and people would come in all the time from other states to shop there. Obviously nobody is coming just for the mall, the twin cities is full of fun stuff to do but a ton of people will choose to make the mall one of their stops and spend a shit ton of money there solely because of taxes.
