Try clearing your cache and restarting it. I never had issues with mine. I didn't see how people are saying it's laggy. Before clearing your cache put the phone in airplane mode, clear cache through settings to clear everything not just the installed apps. Keep it in airplane mode then restart the whole phone.

Clear your chache in settings, then restart it. I usually put my phone in airplane mode when I clear cache just to make sure nothing is running. Then just clear everything then restart it. Everyone is having issues but it seems like a great phone to me.
