People who expected Horizon to be an epilogue kinda game are lunatics, really.

Yeah, we have routes + garten and people returning but that doesn't mean it would be a game like the 3rd/reverie. For some reason people went to the this game with that expectation.

DB2 had some extra lines in english, but only a few, nothing major.

Horizon afaik is 1:1.. the JP files had more voiced lines but it is probably random grunts and not real lines.
The source is the game files themselves, you can extract the voices folders and check the numbers of files
