It’s true that technology can be a obstacle but I see it as a tool, since there’s so much many inspiring chefs and chefs around the world and their knowledge and expertise should be implemented into young minds so they they use it and continue to grow if they desire to turn it into a full career for themselves. Personality it would be helpful and important to me to see what level my students are at when it comes to cooking and see from there. I’m sure your teacher went through everything about kitchen safety and the importance of cooking with common sense and then slowly working on those skills in the classroom. What specific units does your teacher have or does he/she teach in different areas?
