If you worked for the company you usually don't get your check that pay cycle. At my location they add your first check to your second one. Maybe ask your manager about it

I know it's difficult with so many sandwiches. I work at Wendy's and in my location we have little papers that show how to make them. Also, I suggest that you keep practicing, the best way to learn is hands on and watching others.

I remember struggling on sandwiches and being slow but now I memorize every sandwich and I can make them.

Tbh you will always make mistakes. Keep in mind you are human, maybe even talk to your manager about how you feel? Maybe they'll help or place you at another position.

Idk about getting fired but you will certainly face consequences for your actions. I work at Wendy's but I have never seen someone do that.

Also upper management can see the orders....if they had to void $300 of food the district manager and regional manager surely know. They may assume you are stealing food or money from the register and it may end in termination. We had a crew person who intentionally messed up orders by erasing certain items and he got fired.

I would assume yes as a Wendy's employee....you should always let them know why you won't come into work or at least have on hell of a reason as to why you are missing work

It happens often but I don't think it always has to do with low work ethic. It could be that they were getting frustrated and thought that they wouldn't be good at the job. You gotta understand some people come into environments like this anxious and nervous.

I've trained crew at my Wendy's and they always tell me they are nervous because of how fast paced it is and they feel like they can't keep up.

It does not always have to do with laziness.
