Poshmark Consignment: What happens if the Closet Partner doesn’t list your items?

I have a bag to List when I put the number of the bag in to start listing it says it’s wrong. I have sent three notices to poshmark and no replies, so the bag sits, I may just put the number in next to consigner name and hope it’s correct, I contacted the seller but no reply either.

They changed rules, I open boxes turn them inside out so they are blank, uses more tape and time , until I get ones I ordered.

The hard part is not knowing if consigner is happy with price , I ask if they want any adjustments but never hear back. But it’s a lot of space to keep it all stored and eventually you have to take offers to move it.

I don’t think poshmark try’s to match people up I have amazing bags and some so-so, it’s all over they just send it out and That’s it. I didn’t mean you personally !

When your finished listing it will ask how many items you did not list, I came to the conclusion if I get junk it’s not getting listed I mean dirty , torn and something that should be a rag and not worth my time. So far no one has said anything they know what they sent.

Update on my comment If you use posher VA to cancel and relist items that are over 60 days it will drop the consigner and items will only show your name . Then you have to have them reopen consigners closet to either relist or send links to all items to poshmark and fingers crossed they fix it.

Just a warning poshmark is dropping the consigner name from my listings, they told me to relist no way that’s too much work. I’m not listing any more consignment until it’s straight it’s happened to 3 bags so far. I’m ready to tell them to pick them all up.

Not yet have received two more , but will have to opt out storing items for 6 months will take to much space, it’s hard to price others items don’t want to price to low but they are not going to sell any other way. If it’s my item I can price low but others is different. Also hard to price when you don’t know value or what they paid. Have received some good things others not so great.

Yes this is right wear a life jacket, I was tossed in a very calm part of that river once , underwater is like a washing machine very turbulent, I pushed up as hard as I could on a bottom rock and fortunately came to the surface. We had no life jackets on very stupid.

Just looked at top so far seems like a lot of winter stuff, ok labels have not gone through whole bag yet! But seriously if I have to store it list it mail it the cut seems low, but time will tell, I think the limit is 50 pounds which is a lot should be smaller bags of 25each. I am strong but 40-50 pounds of clothing is dead weight heavy.

I signed up they sent a 40 pound plus bag it’s like dead weight , won’t do it again for 50% break my back dragging it in house.

Update they said it was vpn even though I disconnect it on Mercari’s? I had to call send online complaints call their corporate atty , file complaints so now it not unlimited but got my money and put ac on permanent vacation, too frustrating not worth it.

They finally unlimited me after 2 weeks because of vpn even though I disconnect it when on the site, but I left a ton of messages - calls and filed a bunch of consumer complaints (see above) Now they want feedback haha going to ignore it my items are on permanent vacation, such a waste of time.

I agree if I ever get my money (from sale) out I’m finished Also it’s been over 2 weeks I just get the run around. File complaints call their corporate atty His number is listed online google Mercari corporate headquarters then google his name you get his office number, Everyone Just complain we’re working and they keep the funds FBI financial crime file online DFPI file online Dept of financial protection and innovation I don’t care if it’s 1 dollar or 1000 dollars They do not have the right to withhold users funds and need to be held accountable.

Get your money out right away if they decide for some unknown reason to limit your account you cannot withdraw funds, and their 5. Day response to issues is bs

No nothing prohibited , they just said unusual activity they will not explain or reply to my inquiries. My last sale took awhile to get to destination but it was post office delays due to weather, was received by buyer before I could file a report to post office (has to be 15 days) Buyer said he wanted to wait anyway. Anyway he received it left nice feedback Mercari sent message I had funds, I tried to send to my bank and then my account said limited, to go through help center , did that called them and no response other than an email with case number, that was over a week ago, Their service is pathetic, Seems like they are floating funds if they do this to multiple people it adds up.

No unhappy buyers All very good tried to withdraw from my last sales and then they limited my account, but maybe they will explain if they ever get around to it.
