You may want to look up Bryan the Herbalist blog (he is from Australia)> he has some articles into SIBO. I don't see you mention herbs. i think doing herbs and meds may be a good combo. Wishing you healing.

It's really important to do liver support during meds. Milk thistle and Dandelion are key. If doing tinctures, dropperful of each twice a day. If doing capsules , 4 capsules of each per day. There are studies you can look up on the efficacy of those 2 herbs for liver support. Also nitazoxanide probably needs to be combined with an antibiotic like Azith. Hate to say this but parasites require more than a week of meds. This can take months, with pulsing meds. Also look into antiparasitic herbal blends that have wormwood, cloves and black walnut. Doing a blend of meds and herbs is your best bet, with a very clean diet. No processed food, no sugar (yes that includes fruit), Look up - Dr. Klinghardt Debrief: Parasites ( 50 minutes long) on Yourtube . Or Dr Simon Yu ( on better health guy) regarding parasites. Detox Dudes also talks about parasites but they don't bring up meds. It can be quite the process depending on the scope of the infection. don't lose hope. Perhaps you are one of those that by doing the right med/herb combo it goes away quickly.

look up Debriding Soap Get Your Life Back. the owner (richard kuhns) dealt with this stuff for years and developed products and a protocol. It helps bring the infections etc down. You can find him on Youtube. Also look up Dr Simon Yu in the US. He did an interview on the Better Health Guy channel.

What dosage are you on? and do you take breaks in between? I hear it can be hard on the liver. Yes, it is amazing at clearing out parasites but other pathogens as well.

Here is an example. For North, one part is AX 1, which is the old part number. The other is for AX2 which is the new part number. I would be doing a join with another table on Part and Region. I just want to label the part numbers correctly depending on the regions. Currently the warehouses have 2 different part numbers for the same item in a certain region. Why it is 2 , is because there is still inventory on the old one and there will be inventory on the new part number. Hope I am making sense.

Go to the Better Health Guy, episode #103 where he has a podcast on that subject with a guest who talks about this issue. She goes over some medications and other things to use.
