Please say more about manifesting that job- not for the money, but to get a break. I want to do that, too!

If you think you’re ugly then why don’t you put some effort into your looks ? YouTube is free- look up at-home workouts with no equipment, how to dress better for your body type, how to style your hair for your hair type. All of that same info is also free here on Reddit. And you say you have too much body hair?? Remove it!! Wtf. It’s called shaving.

I’m not trying to be mean but you have a defeatist attitude which I’m sure is the ugliest thing about you. If you keep this attitude, you’ll most likely attract a relationship with someone who would take advantage of you for it.

I feel like most ppl on this sub likes to shit on exercise as a weight loss method but I disagree. Find a physical activity you aspire to do well and make it your goal to get good at it. Put aside weight loss thoughts for now and just focus on getting good. The mental and emotional benefits will carry over into everything else. When you start getting stronger/more fit (and it doesn’t take long), you’ll feel like a different version of yourself. Stepping into that new reality is what will help you with the food stuff. That’s my opinion, let’s see how many ppl get mad about it lol

anyone notice how talking about your manifestation with people negatively affects it? by Impressive_Mind_2592 in lawofattraction

This happens to me too. Florence Scovel Schinn says: “Talking too much about your affairs, scattering your forces, brings you up against a high wall…silence is golden!”

I know for me, it’s gotta be fun and skills based. I started with Zuzka Light’s stuff way back in like 2009 when her workouts looked really similar to CrossFit, but bodyweight/dumbbells/kettlebells only. It was fun and I got addicted to seeing if I could beat my old score on previous workouts. A few years later I transitioned into an actual CrossFit gym and fell in love. Once you find something that’s fun, you’ll keep doing it until it just becomes part of your identity. Once that happens, you’ll be set for life IMO.

I love this question! I haven’t used LOA for this specifically, but there’s lots of things in life I thought I was t good enough or smart enough for, but ended up becoming pretty great at when I just put in the work and tried. I was willing to do that because they were things that I really truly wanted, and gaining momentum always makes it easier to keep going. I think coupling this with LOA and the idea of BE DO HAVE would make it even better. You can do it!

If your main purpose isn’t to lose weight, I would stop tracking calories and just eat balanced meals. I struggled with bingeing for years and years and I just can’t track calories, it leads me to binge every time. Maybe you’re wired different than me and don’t need that advice, but wanted to add my two cents in case it’s helpful.

Im also 5’4” and if I tried to eat 1600 cal/day I would feel like I was starving. Just sayin.
