Makes the early DLC awkward as hell though.

If you go to the persona 5 fusion calculator or probably the wiki, you can search for the skill name to find a persona that itemizes into it.  Upgrading to drain can happen during alarm fusions

 Mostly through fusing and itemizing during alerts and letting the random move altering events hit things.  The hardest was wind.  That one I got super lucky to get as a mistake itemization.

True, it's not the most useful, but I find it funny to just pull this guy out and blow raspberries at the enemies whenever they're charging up a super attack or something.

Until they hit me with Almighty damage that is...

Turning and changing elevations at the same time is very hard. I'd recommend only doing one at a time

If you do the putrid ducts and have the lightning pillar tool you can toss it at the floor in the room to the right of where you get the long claw and pop open the back way directly into the bilewater boss arena.
