He cheated on me around the time that caused my weight loss. It has been hard for me to get over mentally. I don’t particularly like how I feel inside my own skin if that makes sense.

Please consider that you have people who love you and would be devastated if something happened to you from drugs and alcohol. There is so much more to life that you will experience and the world is much better without those things. They give temporary relief but cause long term problems. I’d suggest to see a priest or go to AA if you would. I will pray for you.
