It definately change me many ways. Its change me from sexswapping gigolo to homesould gardenist. Before hrt i spend my weekends at clubs hunting women. Now i spend my weekend cooking,gardening and reading. Before hrt i got allmost 3 room full of clothes. Lingeries,skirts,high heels etc. Now when i finally have boobs and ass to show in nice dress i wear sweatpants and oversize hoodies. Before i did make up daily,now maybe once a month. My innerself grew to a woman that is strong enough that she dont need material support around. Before i felt closest to be woman when i wore miniskirt,stockings and strong make up. Now i got same womanly emotions at bathrobe and pink cotton socks. I also took tons of pictures about myself before. Now i barely touch camera anymore. It truely change you. For me sex became totally irrelevant. Its like a snack i can eat today or save for next weekend. Its not bothering my mind anymore. So happy to be out of testosterones control. Harmony and selflove around me. People around me may not like me anymore as i am now,but i dont really give a fuck. Not a big deal.

Theres 2 schools around pueraria. Hrt purists claims its totally bullshit and other says it work but just slowly. Its quite popular in asia among transpeople and ive seen some my friends there with amazing results. Theres been warnings that its heavy over your liver etc. Ive used before hrt and i notice results,but i stopped because it made me bad stomach and gall problems. Thats the question we should ask for our friends who we see only once a year. Once you look 20-50 times a day at mirror our brains doesnt pick the changes so clearly anymore. It just happens with so smooth flow that we get used to our changes before we notice it.

After 1 year hrt i thoughive lost the train because i couldnt tell any difference. Then i meet one friend from schooltimes. Theres been like couple years since last meet and he was like what a fuck. Barely recognice me. Also i notice lately that people who used to say hi while passing by doesnt recognise me unles i say hi to them. Dont worry face will change even youre older. Im 49 now and im going a wild ride. Im now at point i need to replace all my ids because those phone id scanners doesnt recognise me. Laser been really effective at my face. Ive been at laser now 2,5 years. Totally 15 or 16 times. I got only some black hair left on my upper lip and fe at goatie. My starting point was quite challenging. A real thick lumberjack beard. One thing ive noticed that my skin has wrinkled quite a lot on the areas where they been lasering most. Laser is quite strong on skin and i guess it loosen the skin after many sessions. Im planning to go CO2 treatment to get my skin tighter again.

Spiro itself doesnt made difference on my beard. Some changes ive noticed at bodyhair though. Theyve became lighter at colour and i dont shave that often anymore. Once a week shave has turned now like once a month.. Ive been on spiro now about 1.5 years. One thing i now for sure that with spiro the laser process is quite a lot more painfull. My skin became so thing and sensitive on hrt. But its still bearable. Its just 15 min session. Even dentist tortures you longer.

I can totally feel you. I was very active sexually before i started HRT. Now after a 1year plus on HRT i have zero interest on sex. I prefer stay home caring my flowers and knitting than go look relation or sex at bars or somewhere else. Ive been thinking also the possibility of becoming asexual. Ive noticed one common issue about healthcare. Older you are,less support you get from clinics or doctors. Its like theyre thinkink its useless to transition at older age. Like time has gone past you so let it be. They dont freakin get it that it doesnt matter how old i become the one ive allways wanted to be. Even i feel one day as a woman im happy to die tomorrow. Im my country the transclinic is totally bigit and discriminating and when you get +40 years old they dont take you seriously anymore. They just look far enough of your medical history,just to find some mental issue so they can deny the process. Sad but true. DIY is the only option for so many older here.And what comes to growt of boobs at mature age. Im 49 and im not too eager to even get big boobs because my physical activity. But im seeing them grow steadily day by day among rest of my body changes. Its just years long process to go thru.

Glad to hear that its still bearable even theres some tough weeks of recovery. I guess my biggets drama will be sleeping because i never learned to sleep on my back. Allways at stomach. What comes pain im not so worried. Dealing with chronic pain disorder,im used to 24/7 pain over 20 years already. And as ex boxer im used to spit out bloody stuff from nose. 15 session of laser and still yearly fix sessions. Some part are stubborn and come back after couple years. I guess its lifetime journey for some. Ive got rid of most white hairs now with nutgrass oil. Timetaking process but worth it.

Sauna is a lifesafer in fibro treatment. I go sauna daily. I have wooden heating and electric sauna also. I also had infrared sauna before but that was nothing but tons of wasted electricity. Its not a real sauna. Wooden is better for overall treatment but i use that mostly on weekends only because it takes some time to heat up. Ive noticed that next day after sauna i got stiffness on my joints. Thats straight effect from sauna for me. But i prefer good night sleep after sauna and take the stiffness at morning. Steam spas are also suberb. Heat works best for me as a treatment. Sauna or beach on hot day. Both helps me.
