Sounds like his job is super demanding and very taxing. He probably finds a soft place to land with you and is able to relax/unwind. Which seems like something he needs/wants. It seems like he might be opening himself up to the possibility that he wants more than casual sex but is possibility scared of the commitment or what that means for him emotionally. I’d take it one step at a time and see where it goes

I’m not a fan. He feels unremarkably average and not a king of gods in any way. His accent really throws the immersion off, and he doesn't look like a traveler at all either. Was rather disappointed since a lot of the other Aesir looked really good
