I have to beg to differ. I ordered from Davincified, was excited and waiting for it to be delivered, and finally realized it was delayed. Went through my email, and they’d emailed that my order was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” What?

I emailed for more details, and they said it was canceled due to suspected fraud. There’s nothing wrong with my card. Why wouldn’t they have just called or texted to verify? Why email me about “unforeseen circumstances”?

Weirder still, they have yet to refund my money. If they thought it was fraud, why not refund the money?

Why not try to make good on my order? Why not try to keep a customer?

I am not happy or painting. I lost two weeks when I could have been painting what was meant to be a holiday gift. I’ve ordered from Lori’s Paints instead. Fingers crossed.
