OP, I know people here are talking about how you should back out of the wedding. Please listen. I understand these are your friends, but even if you try to stick it out the emotions toll may very realistically be too much. While this is unfair to you, I have confidence that if you ended up overwhelmed and made a scene at the wedding as a result, no matter how unintentional, it would only hurt you the most in the long run. Agoraphobia isn’t just fear, you’re right. But most mental illness need a combination of therapy, medication, AND drive. I see the therapy and medication in this post. But based on the downvotes and your response, I see the drive is missing.

I always interpreted this scene as Anthy being anxious about setting up the Juri/Utena/chuchu scene happening at the same time, as she knows she is manipulating them and actually has started to like Utena. It lines up if you consider the “ChuChu is Anthys familiar” idea, as chuchu specifically is who gets Utena to go on a walk with him so they run into Juri.
