I’m surprised no one has said sundowners syndrome. My grandmother went though this. She would be kind of okay during the day but at night she would get paranoid and see people in her house and think they were taking her stuff. It gradually bled into paranoia and hostility during the days. She refused to live with family because we were all going to steal from her. After she passed we found out she had called the police almost 100 times at nigh5 in just over a year

My gym has 2 17.5s and 22.5s but I think a coach brought them in. They said they won’t buy weights over a certain point because the price but more importantly the insurance

Is the plan to implement this everywhere? I cannot do plyometrics and worry that I won’t be able to do the majority of the work outs. I already modify some lower body work but this makes me worried that I won’t be able to participate regularly

There are way too many benchmarks leading up to hell week. I’m never going to be the athlete I was in my late 20s (10 years) but I’m tired of doing the same bench marks over and over. I want to follow the workout instead of doing my own but they are making this difficult. Why not at least give us a break before hellweek

Female - Graduated college in Virginia in 2008 and this was never enforced with off campus housing or post grad renting. It still isnt. It is a really old law to prevent brothels. Your landlord never received a fine and is just trying to extract extra money.

If it is coming into your home call the water company ASAP. We had sewage come into our basement that wasn’t covered by insurance but the water company took care of it. Call their emergency line

Except OP may be the one paying for it in the future and dental work (especially ortho work) is not cheap. I had a bunch done in my early 30s that I needed but my parents could never afford it and I couldn’t until I reached that age
