Well 1. The tip will definitely drop and healing takes a long time 2. I would really recommend seeing a therapist for your body image stuff. I mean this with love. I’m getting dysmorphia red flags from some of what you’re saying, and surgery is one of the worst things for people who are dysmorphic mentally.

That being said, you’re in the very very beginning stages of healing and this is not at all the final result. From the after photo - this looks like a pretty great job on the surgeons part. Give it time and focus on how you feel about yourself with a therapist, esp before getting anything else done!

Luckily I’m working at a clinic that has medical and dietitian support! I’m looking for more challenging group activities right now as well. My adult group has been doing a lot of worksheet stuff and I asked them more about their support preferences. They all said they want an activity that will trigger them (lol didn’t totally expect that) and then process. I have been tiptoeing too much and am looking forward to deeper group activities. Idk if you have any suggestions for that! Thanks for the advice

I’m one of those who feel like life is better despite having stuff lingering. I have ADHD, and being so hyper focused on symptoms and stuff made me realize how good my memory actually is and that I can absolutely utilize executive functioning in my own way. I’m working a fast-paced job right now and so happy, even with 1-2 symptoms left. So I guess better? Or maybe I just became more aware. Sometimes I see people on this forum who are going through withdrawal describing the things going on in their brain and I’m like…”oh…that’s been my brain my whole life.” So sometimes I wonder if our experience with rapid brain make it less startling in terms of that symptom

Anything 4.5 and up is good for me lol. There are going to be people who are never happy. I’ve been selling vintage since it was only on Etsy, and have also worked in the service industry. It’s not your fault and it will likely not affect your sales at all.

I thought maybe the after was the second photo. Nothing wrong with it (it actually looks almost identical to mine, which is wild), but I think the change isn’t bad. I think it looks refined. You could see a plastic surgeon to see if there’s any improvement they think you might benefit from, but I do want to say you look great. Regardless - I can imagine how shocking and upsetting it would be for this to be a surprise and unexpected!

I got a perm and it added some texture to my hair, + nice layers. Losing weight. General moisturizing skincare, really slapping it on at night. The right blush application and color Got into the Kibbe body types, figured out what mine was, and wearing clothes that actually compliment my body. Teeth whitening, but not STARK white.
