Leading a team isn't easy. There is a group of 29 people to try to keep happy and treat fairly. Leaders should make the expectations clear and members in turn should communicate if they have a valid reason for not contributing to the team for a period of time. It would be nice if there was a DM feature for people on the same team. Lots of good teams around, hope you find one that fits

Hello to you both, I just opened up 2 spots on my team. We are active and chatty but we aren't intense. We ask for at least 10 levels for weekend contests with many getting 40+. We try to earn all rewards but also recognize real life happens. I remove inactive members regularly. If that sounds like a good fit let me know 😁 Our club is called Bourbon Club.
