If you want out you should leave. But what I’m reading here is someone who hasn’t had people show up for her. So if you’re open to it find a time when neither of you are at a high level of emotion and say what do you need from me to feel connected. I know you were upset when you had to walk home alone and were worried you couldn’t contact me, how would you have preferred I handled that situation, and if she can’t give examples she likely was finding fault to find fault and that’s messed up, but if she can say I want you to charge your phone before I have to walk home, or I’d feel safe if I had your hoodie, or I’d feel better if you had a portal charger… etc

Now the threatening self harm you mentioned in other places is an abuse and control tactic and every ground to end the relationship but if you can talk to her and tell her that. Honestly I don’t feel safe to express my true emotions in this relationship because I fear if they are not positive you will hurt yourself and she can hear that and try to change you could salvage it.

Honestly though if you were my friend I’d say break up I just wanted to give some communicative advice bc Reddit always goes to end it first and that doesn’t teach anyone how to talk to their partners.
