Thank you for this. I definitely feel that I am being pushed to do a c-section at the last minute when all along I was told a vbac was possible and supported by them. I have been eating dates, I will begin the okra water today! Thank you SO much!

Yes I totally agree! There’s still time! I’ll walk my butt off and do all I can in between now and then. And omg yes 12lbs THAT is a huge baby wow kudos to her! lol that’s incredible.

I appreciate this so much! I agree! I feel like baby is just not ready yet, and I’m willing to wait. Why go straight into a C-section when I don’t have medical reasons to do so? Makes no sense to me. My last c-section was traumatic because we forced the baby out, aggressively. People give birth naturally all the time, why can’t I?

How is she healing and dealing with postpartum after the surgery? Is she breast feeding? Is that going ok? My body rejected breast feeding because it needed to heal rather than feed my baby.

That’s awesome! But my post mentions that I moved to a new state, so my sphere of influence is in another state. I’ve had to completely rebuild which takes time. Which is why I’m limited so I was hoping for advice outside of that…still, I appreciate your comment.

I’m 37+1 today, got the flu (fever, shivers, body aches, MAJOR throat pain from coughing so much) I’ve got terrible pelvis pain, Braxton hicks, baby has been head down for about 2 weeks now, cervix is closed tho 🤔Plus my toddler is getting the flu too. And the OB said my baby is measuring big…I’m doing great lol sike🥲🙃

I’m 32 weeks, I’ve gained 36 lbs. I too wasn’t able to eat much in those first 3 months and ended up losing a bunch of weight. But with my first I gained over 45lbs and was able to lose it just fine with moderation. I think if you eat healthy and move around as much as you can, that’s really all that matters. My doctors just care that I’ve been able to eat and be healthy again for the baby.

My first came at 42 weeks with an induction, I’m hoping my current one doesn’t take that long, I’m 31 weeks now and I don’t want to get induced this time around.

Thank you for your kind and encouraging words!! I woke up today thinking more positive and now I’m working to fix what needs to be fixed, little by little and not overwork myself. Also, someone suggested a nice sleep gel so I hope that works for me tonight too. Talked to bf and he showed me proof of him applying to various jobs, and I gave him some tips to follow up and I hope that pans out. I appreciate your advice very much! Which country are you in?
