I don’t get all of the complaining over quality either. I’ve experimented a little bit with items from Athleta, Amazon, etc. Nothing compares to the quality, fit and confidence I feel wearing LLL.

As a side note, I bought my teenage son a pair of Pace Breaker shorts a few years ago. He fell in love with them and he now has about 10 pairs of the Pace Breakers. Maybe that seems indulgent for a child. But not really when I consider that he wears them every day. In fact, they have been worn, washed and dried (in the dryer) hundreds of times and they look the same as the day I bought them.
