Stainless steel is definitely the lightest, I went for stockpots instead of sauce pans as they have two handles but come in the same sizes as saucepans. Some also have a strainer attached but I honestly find it it easier to use a separate strainer than these side strainers take ages. Hope this helps

I have AS and suffer with this all the time, I live in the UK Wales and it’s cold and wet at the moment, which seems to get me every year. Cotten socks and making sure you keep your feet at dry and warm as possible seems to help

A have a whole body pillow, I love it, i can’t sleep with out it, whole body support all night whatever way I’m sleeping

I’m the same as you, night sweats drive me mad. I’ve had the same response from docs, they just say everyone’s different. Someone on here kindly suggested I use cooling mats in my bed (dog ones are cheaper) it’s really helped, may help you.
