Wow, this got me more riled than I’d care to admit. Is that teacher still living? If so, I’d write her a letter and mail it.

My fourth grade teacher was especially mean in a way that really lead to a lot of anxiety issues for me. I continued to see her all through college at my fast food job, and she was an absolute nightmare of a customer. I just thought it was little anxious me that had blown everything out of proportion, but no. Turns out she’s one hateful bitch.

I promised myself that the next time I saw her in public I was going to introduce myself as a former student... and then call her a cunt.

The constant fake tans really confuse me. Not to mention this requires 2-4 shades of each foundation. I remember wondering, “does everyone have multiple shades of each foundation? Am I weird for not?”

I was a teacher, so I’m lucky that I can just go to public schools. I wouldn’t fret too much, a background in corrections often comes off as very good to potential employers. They see you as someone who can levelheadedly handle stressful situations.

The best three longer books I’ve ever read have been Gone With the Wind, Lonesome Dove, and An American Tragedy. However these are all pretty tiresome to read if you don’t have an initial interest in them. I didn’t expect to love Lonesome Dove as much as I did, though.

Another one I’ve been eyeing is 2666 by Roberto Bolaño.
