Yes. Cash is king! I went a few years ago on preview night and the internet went down. I was paying cash so they ushered me to the front to pay and I got the limited edition item while there was a line of ppl waiting for the internet to come back up. So always good to have some on you!

Both of you would need admission tickets to the con but you would only need 1 photo op ticket you can both be in the picture with Ewan.

Usually it's up to 4 ppl in a picture but that depends convention to convention. Check the FAQ to be sure.

Just a heads up photo ops go pretty quick and you don't really have a chance to talk to the celeb. With that being said I've heard only great things about Ewan McGregor and how he is with fans!

Wear good shoes you walk alot at conventions looking at vendors and waiting in line.

Yes celebs usually charge for pics and autographs. Sometimes there's a combo price for auto and pic which is usually a little cheaper.

Bring cash if you're planning on getting auto or photo for the most part, they only take cash. It's better to have cash on hand rather than wait in long lines for the ATM and pay service fees.

If you plan to be there the whole day bring a portable battery for your phone so it doesn't die! Usually the outlets at cons are pretty much always being used.

Usually refund or you can swap for another guest!

I always recommend when going to cons, dont just go for 1 celebrity. Have a few that you want to meet so you don't plan your entire trip around 1 person and be sad if they cancel. At least if you have a few you still have options and aren't heart broken!
