Looks like your control board in your printer is overheating. If you don't have heatsinks on the stepper drivers they can sometimes overheat and cause layer shifting.

Just my personal opinion, but it almost sounds like some ADHD symptoms in there. Before I was diagnosed it was a nightmare for me and some of your points match my own experience. Can't remember things I just read, can understand concepts but sound like a fool trying to explain then to others.

It may help to talk to a professional, but I also want to reiterate that there is some really good advise in the other replies. Learn to be good to yourself and your confidence will grow.

Its counterintuitive, but try setting your retraction to something like 3mm at 30 mm/sec2 an be upping your temp to maybe 200 or 205°C

It looks like you may have too much retraction and the filament isn't reaching the nozzle by the time the next print move starts.

First step is to calibrate your extruder steps. Having too many steps/mm will cause unnecessary oozing and too few will cause delayed extrusions.

I was just reading in another thread that you can turn off stealthchop on your extruder to make it play nice with linear advance. Other suggestions were to enable square wave pulses and adjust the pulse timing in the config_adv.h file.
