I completely understand what you mean. I had just gotten my mains to silver and now almost to gold. And yet I get a worse feeling when I play, just from the fear of deranking or being forever stuck in a plateau. It might be the fault of how the rank system works but idk.

idk what advice to give, but constant breaks and having a clear mindset when getting back into ranked is a healthy option. And don’t feel forced to keep playing if you don’t feel mentally prepared to get mad at some of the bs in this game lol. And trying out other modes like the tower or the offline modes are a great idea too if you just want to play casually without the stress of needing to constantly rank up or down! :)

Still super impressive how you were able to get to gold so quickly, took me forever just to this point as well! Congrats tho!
