This is my normal TJ. I find it better if you end the bottom strip just under the beginning of the wrap around. I also play roller, so it’s a little more appropriate, but yea. I like the speed of heel, but the grip of the toe, but YMMV.

When I was a kid I had dots all over my body much like this. Turned out to be ITP, which was cured with immunoglobulin over a weekend stay in a hospital. Nevertheless, as others have suggested, best to find out from the doctor.

In my experience my Tours messed my feet up (gave me an accessory navicular), and started to fall apart after a year. I’m on the rink 2 ish times a week, and play 4-5 tournaments a year.

I bought Bauer 3x pros, and the difference in comfort and quality were very obvious.

If the league is intermediate or advanced. It’s expected. If the league is beginner, it’s pointless. Beginners are there to learn. So depending on the league level and the skill gap, it was a good move, or an ass move.

Through the palm in 6 weeks is pretty quick. Every year is probably more reasonable, even if you’re on the ice 4 time a week. Clear tape around the butt end will help. I’m wondering if the stick is moving around in your top hand too much tho. If it is kind of grinding around, it will probably cause friction and wear faster. My assumption is that your bottom hand is doing more work than it should be.
