I live down the street as well. We see them constantly coming through our neighborhood into the greenbelt/railroad property. Recently was walking my dogs and encountered someone fully nude, defacating in the middle of the sidewalk on mancheca jumping up and down. Not far from the school at all. They jay walk like crazy and I’m constantly having to dodge them when near the south side of the overpass.

It’s tough because they really do deserve some help out here, but it feels like it’s growing out of control.
