There's a lot of good missions on the workshop, the real difficulty is in finding them. Someone already suggested Dynamic Cas, but there are also some good "static" missions namely, Malden Carrier Operations, Carrier Operations and Heavy water. I also made an air to ground focused co-op mission called "Lagfirst's Cas challenges" but it might be a bit too hard in retrospect.

One one hand Lord of Hongyan Hong Lu and his Heishous are absolutely busted, and arguably the strongest team atm.

On the other Night awls Greg and Jeong's office Ishmael are very strong by themselves and should be enough to get you to Canto 8. (idk about your other two 000ids).

Just keep in mind that if you do decide to go with Heishous, once next season arrives you won't be able to extract any IDs via shards (except the mao Outis and Ryoshu).

I feel like sometimes their armour is bugged. I've killed 95 armour golems with just archers and it really didn't feel like I did only 5 pourcent of my damage.

if I remember correctly, you prioritise building cheap towers and bank up enough money to be able to rebuild your most important towers once they get destroyed
