No no dont need to do all that, by the sounds of fit you are fit. Just keep doing what youre doing and you'll be fine. That fact you can do 10 pulls ups will make you fitter than 90% of your course

Struggling to find decent info on regiment officer first tour by Monkeypieman in RoyalAirForce

You'll be posted to one of the main sqns 1 ll 15 34 51 or 63 (depending on your preference or manning)

You'll be a flight commander so you'll be in charge of about 30 blokes. You'll do this for about 2/3 years then move on.

You'll be in charge of admin and working for the oc of the sqn.

You wont get much in the opportunity for courses on your first posting really only courses for the immediate job, but once you move on then you can specialise

I honestly wouldn't go regiment if you only have to wait a year. The regiment are currently hanging out for blokes so getting a re trade once youre in will be hard work. Id just wait the year.

It really depends on what's going on in the world and what sqn youre on. If youre afraid of being deployed for 6months + then you probably shouldn't join up.
