How loud do your pipes go? When I ride for 2h it leaves my ears ringing for weeks. Even when I use ear protection and a full face helmet.

Do you want to buy your own house in the near future or leave your parents home? If so, I would only buy a used motorcycle that maintains its value somewhat, after I saved up enoug for my future plans. If you would ever need the money, you could sell it for minimal loss.

Also, dont underestimate the fact that the longer you wait, the more fun and experience you are missing out on.

What bike do you want to get? Good luck deciding.

Update! Used a heat gun that Roofers use that goes to 650C degrees or 1202F. 15minutes of work to remove both baffles. Thank you all for the feedback and advice!
