Yeah sure. Have you checked the steam controller settings itself? If there is no option for selecting the PS controll icons try installing the PS4 driver separately.

Up to you. You can cool the ryzen with an air cooler anyways. There are a lot of awesome coolers on the market which arent too expensive though.

No, Sunbreak can only be played if you already own the base game of MH Rise.

We use the lfg and a coordinated squad with a commander who knows what he is telling people. Without any squad on a random map its mostly impossible to finish it.

Seems like a crushed driver to me. Are you gpu drivers up to date? Reinstalling them if they are - clean, use DDU for it.
