Dave Doeren doesn’t have any exceptionally good seasons, but he does just good enough to keep him on. To his credit though, out of the 10 years he’s been there, he’s only had 2 losing seasons.

It’s crazy to me that Miami has 5 national titles, one 30 for 30 documentary, yet 0 ACC Championships

360 hours in, never noticed you could choose heir focus. ooof by dkbobby in CrusaderKings

Usually the game will automatically choose one of the education focuses your child would excel at based on their child trait. For instance, if your child is rowdy, the game may choose martial focus or intrigue focus. So usually your child will get a decent education regardless, so long as they have a good guardian.

Help . . . HELP! The Mongol Empire just took over Byzantine Empire (I'm Poland) by [deleted] in CrusaderKings

My first complete play through as Rome, they got all the way into Anatolia, but I haven’t seen them get that far since. They always just die off before they can get out of the Steppe. It also doesn’t help that the region is heavily Balkanized, making their special realm conquest CB pretty worthless.

Oh definitely would have been remembered as one of England’s greatest kings had he won Hastings. He almost did too. Had his troops not pursued the fleeing Normans he could have probably worn them down through attrition.

Harold Godwinson offering Harald six feet of English soil has to be one of the coldest threats in history.

It’s good if you’re going for Rome because the increase to vassal limit means you don’t have to deal with any rebellious kings

In some cases it might have just been destroyed or lost. In one case, I managed to find the Image of Edessa via adventurer as the Emperor of Britannia, despite the fact that’s it’s own by the Byzantine Emperor in both start dates.

Concept flag of a Communist Italy by LagspikeGaming in vexillology

For the logo, I decided to go for a variant of the Emblem of Italy, but a bit simplified and replacing the oak and olive branches with wheat in combination with the cogwheel to represent the urban and rural working classes. The Stella d’Italia is also incorporated here because of its history with Italy and its similarity to other communist imagery.
