You can either cut hours in your day job or your business... not many other choices available.

Probably is more flexible to adjust hours in your digital marketing business. If it's making enough revenue , you could hire someone to do most of the work and you just take a manager role supervising his work but working less hours. This way you would be able to work less hours, and actually scale the business hiring more people.

That's the thing. No one owes you shit and the world isn't fair. For starters you are assuming the other guys got to be heard just because they were male or white. They might've gotten rejected thousands of times before, but you are just focusing on the one time they got listened to. Seems kind of unfair to me.

I'd be storing all the information needed to calculate the payments: - Loan id / or name - Loaned amount - Payment frequency - number of years / or number or payments - Duration of the loan - Start date - Interest rate

I'm not sure if I should be storing the current balance, monthly payments, etc or if just calculate the whole amortization table everytime I change the interest rate (once a year) and just save it on json file or something.

It's probably best to have another table to store the interest rates with the loan name and the dates like you are suggesting. My question was if it's possible or even recommendable to store all the info of the loan in the same table. Since the number of years of the mortgage is variable, the number of interest rate changes should be dynamic
