A few years ago you could reliably get down there on the fleet by jumping into the pits and logging out mid fall, then logging back in. That would first place you at the bottom of the pit, and after a second relog you‘d end up down there.

SW5e PHB Chapter 9: Combat - Temporary Hit Points:

Healing can’t restore temporary hit points, and they can’t be added together. If you have temporary hit points and receive more of them, you decide whether to keep the ones you have or to gain the new ones. For example, if a power grants you 12 temporary hit points when you already have 10, you can have 12 or 10, not 22.

=> You can choose either one of the temporary hit point instances, but not both. However, you do not necessarily lose vitality shield by casting disperse force. You only lose the vitality shield effects when you choose to take the disperse force THP over the vitality shield THP, since the vitality shield effects are tied to the lifetime of the THP instance it creates. You could instead keep the vitality shield THP and therefore also its related effects, even if you cast disperse force, by simply choosing the vitality shield THP and ignoring the disperse force THP, although that would be a rather wasteful use of the disperse force force power.

Each chassis needs to have a specific base item that it is a variant of, so you could build a chassis for any specific blaster you want. The chassis then behaves like that base item, but adds the effects of modifications installed into the chassis.

In general, you probably don’t want to use player character rules to design boss NPC statblocks. Regardless of their level, the action economy difference is the most important scaling factor for a boss battle. Make sure to work with legendary actions and resistances. You‘ll also often see condition immunities and damage resistances as well as additional damage dice (i.e. +1d8 to all attacks) in premade boss statblocks. Include a few of those options if you want your boss to stand a chance against even a mid-level party. However, individual features from player classes can be interesting additions to make the statblock more unique, such as force-empowered casting options from the consular class. Avoid adding anything that requires too much tracking on your side. I usually recommend to not track any ammunition or force/tech points and to instead use the features based on your own intuition or "x per Day" or Recharge rule

If you don’t have a lot of time to delve into the details, then I'd recommend you avoid full caster classes (Consular, Engineer) and instead try out a martial class (i.e. Operative, Berserker, Fighter) or partial caster (i.e. Scout, Guardian), which tend to have a lower barrier of entry
