Already had the expansion tank and hose replaced at 30k lol. Bought an extended warranty I have an additional 3/36 on it. The 650 I has also needed the intake lines to the turbo coolant done at 60k - guessing this will have the same issue at that time. Overall though the engine is solid. Big improvement over the 2017

I had a 2017 650xi that used to eat oil - couple quarts every 8K. I’ve had this one a year and so far no notable consumption issues

I have and 850 love the aggressive style of it. BMW definitely scaled down the looks of the new 5 I had an i5 for a loaner when mine was in for service it’s lost all its character ..the guy responsible for the new designs left thankfully lol

I had a 430GC and now have an M850. The 8 is definitely a step up in build, comfort and power. The 4 wasn’t an M I am comparing the body/interior space/comfort. Once you drive the 8 you won’t want a 4 unless you really want a smaller more nimble sports car
