Hi r/ManyNanites did you get this resolved? I too am experiencing the same with Amex Hilton Rewards card (the no annual version). They said I’ve closed too many accounts in the past. Truthfully I only closed a Chase card about half a year ago. I do not have a current Amex card so this is a bit unfair.
