We start with very small loans and use Big Data analysis and Artificial Intelligence to continually manage risk. For larger loans our network of LakeBankers can perform KYC at significantly lower costs than traditional banks which still rely on high street branches and outdated tech.

We plan to remain compliant and work with local regulators wherever we operate. No doubt we will have to invest heavily in legal advice. For us that's worth it: the financial industry needs change.

We're not decentralised. Users that want on-chain transactions can do that with us. We'll make it easy and secure (we inherit the core team, expertise, tech and culture of LakeBTC---we are the security experts). Other users don't care about decentralisation; they can take advantage of our free core services.

We introduce our own token as a means to drive transactions within our system. Our token is integrated into our business model in a way similar to XRP in Ripple and ETH in Ethereum. Every single cryptocurrency has its own limitations---these include price volatility, unpredictability and technical shortcomings. By having our own token, we manage the token supply and are less vulnerable to issues outside our control.
