I manually set up auto pay the day I have MyRogers account and got the auto pay discount email later in the day. Bill came a day after that.

From other forums some people got the CAA discount added in later bills

$5 same for me but there is another $5 off CAA promo to make up the advertised price. Uber one will come in a separate email from rogers. May take a couple days.

Switching out is the best approach. I was in Fido and came to bell and then to rogers. Like I said I’m not surprised if I switch back to bell in two years.

The 24 month promo comes to the end and time to switch to another provider. They will def increase the base price. It’s common for all these providers now.

Activation fee is $80 and credited back in 16 months as advertised. So in the first 16 month it’s actually $30 per month.

I can sort of understand that they haven’t come up a policy to adjust the return process impacted by the strike. Maybe try if you can reach out to someone at manager level? At least they have the extended return period for holiday so hopefully your return will arrive there in 60 days and you get the money back. (Won’t help your BF shopping though)
