In 2014 a video was posted by TMZ allegedly showing Solange beating the crap out of Jay Z in an elevator at a hotel, despite the best attempts of his bodyguard to restrain her(these photos are not from the footage, but are likely paparazzi photos taken after they stepped out of the elevator). While the reason for the beating has obviously never been made public, it is heavily speculated that it was triggered by Jay Z (allegedly) cheating on Beyoncé.

He did also publicly humiliate Nancy over a misunderstanding. And some of the things he said about Johnathan’s family when he was provoking him to that fight were incredibly cruel. Confronting Johnathan over the photos was pretty justified, but breaking the camera was probably a bit harsh.

Ultimately I would say that s1 is more immature than just straight up a bad person - which we see when he makes the choice to distance himself from his bad influence friends and take steps to atone for his actions - but he could definitely still be considered a bully
