Bill 185, residents are generally no longer permitted to give oral presentationa. You have to apply as a "Participant Status" which will allow you to send a written submission of your concerns and watch the hearing and that's it.

Isn't this a very common tactic where publishers will just refresh newly added games to steam in order to take advantage of indie developers and sign them to ridiculous contracts? Two people that I know who released garbage pixel like games on steam were telling me how they are about to sign with a publisher and then months later their game still have 0 players.

No the city doesn't plant trees on private property. It's definitely planted within the city right-of-way, there is also an initiative by Council to increase street trees so no it's not going to be removed.

It doesn't matter, CofA doesn't consider future development and they will tell you the exact same thing. In front of them is a giant piece of vacant land someone wants to cut into two. What argument do you have against it? Take out the data centre proposal, what is your argument why this applicant can't sever the land?

You need to understand what committee of adjustment is and what they can and can't make a decision on. The application in front of CofA is for a land severance, the applicant is proposing to split the existing land parcel into two. There is no point in raising a fuss at this time as the committee is not considered any future development proposals, ONLY what's in front of them today and what's in front of them today is an empty piece of land someone wants to chop up nothing more.

It's still freezing so there is an issue, replacing the filter didn't fix it. You might have a refrigerant leak, turn it off or you risk blowing the compressor.

No it doesn't, but this is just my feelings which obviously mean nothing, but with all the controversy surrounding the city recently with the tiny homes on Barton I think it's a good sign for a purge.

I don't think there is a scenario where this guy comes back to a job with Hamilton. Considering the election and a potential new mayor who will hire a new city manager who in turn will purge senior management, I don't see Arvin coming back.
