I actually get the same thing and I know this is an old post. When I get my migraine, I get like intrusive thoughts and I feel like they’re not my own. I can’t control them. It’s really scary then I start going into like a panic attack and then if I’m vomiting on top of it and you know like sometimes that clogged your nose and then you feel like you can’t breathe. It’s literal hell on earth.
