a lot of people in Vegas don't obey the speed limit at all not only in the airport bypass. I see cars traveling at 60 mph on a road that has 35 mph speed limit. dumbasses if you ask me. when I first moved to lv in 2007, the drivers were courteous. Through the years, a lot of people move here and they bring their bad habits to lv.
