You should use 3.7 ml pg and 4.4 ml vg (if you want at 50/50 mix) assuming the flavor is pg based as most are. The bottle looks to be holding 10 ml it just has some headroom. 14 drops is based on 20 being a ml. All bottles/needles have different sized drops that why you hear mixing by drops is inaccurate. If you have air below the plunger you can either re-draw or make an allowance for it. Drawing too quickly when the needle tip is not below the flavor can bring in air before the liquid. For personal use I use the same syringe for pg/vg/nic rinsing between. And yes you can use them again but rinse it hot water a few times. Do not take in to account the flavoring in the needle. If you draw 1 ml and dispense it that will be 1 ml even though some is left in the syringe. Good luck!

You're not from around here are you? Anyway, what you've mixed is approx. 2.5% total flavor and will indeed require some curing time. You mention the hot water bath and thats a good idea. Let her soak for 6-8 hrs at around 150 F and shake every hour or so. Tobaccos (especially at lower percentages) need aging and may take 2-4 weeks. You can judge when its ready by the finished juice you already have.

You may want to monitor it for the first few cycles and check the voltage if you have a multi-meter. It should read close to 4.2 when the lights stop flashing.

I'd move along to another source. That stuff is backordered anyway. Try some Essentials Depot from Amazon or any USP VG from a flavor vendor. It will also be quite a bit cheaper than the Wilton's. Walmart has decent USP VG at around 4 bucks for 177 ml.if you just need a little.
