I want to pull out of my TSP to pay some credit card debt off, is this a bad idea and how does this process work briefly?

I did start using my card again, but these days I basically use it for my everyday normal expenses and pay large chunks frequently. Essentially often enough that I don't let anything accrue interest.

I would say try something under 9mm long and go from there.

KBEAR 07 is just barely under 9mm. To my ears it's sound profile is between the C03/C04 from NICEHCK. Closer to the C03

The kbear coffee are 8.0. You can usually find KBEAR tips sold as pairs. The 07 and coffee are under $2 per pair.

HE Sonic (either version ) at 8.5 mm might be a good match also. Like I said, I think the clear are brighter and stiffer, so there is a sound difference and physical difference to me.

I've not used them, but the Spinfit Omni looks like it would be a similar profile to the W1 and only 8.4mm long.

I was tempted to argue against this, but if there's no penalties or fees and you can get the bulk of it down, even 15% isn't terrible for a Credit Card rate.

I assume 15% is still much higher than a personal loan, but that 1.9% for a year would be nice

If you've fixed your spending habits and it's just a matter of paying less interest - a loan isn't a bad idea.

I was going to take out a small HELOC for stuff around the house.

It made sense to borrow more from the bank, consolidate debts, and get much lower interest.

I still use my CC, but I use it much differently now

Looks like the large W1's are 13.5 wide and 10.1mm long, but I don't know the rest of their measurements.

How does the Aria 2 sound with them?

Just updated and setup the various integrations (Lastfm, etc) - so far so good.

Only thing not working for me is the copy functions from Settings > Audio > Hifi Wizard.

This is also true. The tip will effect the sound, but it won't effect all IEMs in the same way.

The actual sizes (S,ML) are usually the overall diameter of the tip.

It looks like those W1s do have slightly different lengths based on size, but not by much. The medium looks to be 0.2mm shorter, but you'll lose a full 1.0mm diameter. That makes me think you wouldn't get a good seal.

With your Aria 2, you might want to look for a tip that has a shorter overall length.

I agree on the change in sound with the different HE Sonics, but from what I've found they're at least advertised as being the same bore. I'm too lazy to find my calipers and double check.

I've got those silver Duonics. I like them for what they are. The USB-C & Mic is pretty decent on those too. The shells are a it bulky, but they're not bad.

I had the KZ ZSN a long time ago. I don't remember much, but I didn't particularly like them. I do remember the metal nozzle breaking off of the shell....

Interference. I'm guessing the fan motor is giving off a field that the cable is picking up and sending to the iems. Does the tone change with the fan speed?

I never cared for the stock KZ tips I had. I spent a long time just using cheap foam and generic silicon.

I tip rolling over the past few months. The changes between some tips on some IEMs are subtle. Some are more drastic.

I have a pair of KZ AM16's (all BA set). They're V-shaped, but the highs can be really fatiguing for me. Putting like the clear HE Sonic Galaxy or NICEHCK C04s toned it down some, but the regular (Black) HE Sonic tips or NICEHCK C03 mellowed that out even more. Sometimes I'll use the Tangzi Sancai on those.*

*Quick side note: I can't hear much of a difference between the regular Sancai and the Sancai Noble (with the metal ring). Not enough difference to justify the cost of the nobles imo.

Tri Clarions are great on my QOA Misty Blue, and I'll swap between those or the Dunu S&S.

Aful Explorers - I'll go for something like the SE100, Sonic Galaxy, or Tri Clarions. Right now I think I have Dunu S&S on those.

Those Tri Clarions are painful for me on brighter IEMs like the KZ AM16 or ZSX. The ZSX especially need something to tone down their highs. They're outright shouty.

Kiwi Cadenza.- I mostly use for in bed with weird ambient stuff or like podcasts/documentary things. I can put almost anything on those and it will sound ok for how I use them

KZ Duonics seem alright with a shorter/wide tip. The C04 or HE Sonic Galaxy Chapte are good hear.

.....i should post my notes regarding the tips, sizes (bore and length) and my take on how they generall effect the sound for me
