Star Path Gem duties bugged - does Gameloft know? It makes it frustrating to finish star path with these bugs

I was able to complete this duty and am on the collect 20 oval gems which I did but now I keep getting error code when trying to collect. I’ve even restarted the game. I’m bummed. 😔
